LAKELAND — Joseph DeBeasi, composer of the score for the award-winning film ″American Sniper″ will present a workshop in Buena Vida West Auditorium at Southeastern University. The free workshop is sponsored by the Department of Music at Southeastern University and is open to the public. During the workshop, DeBeasi will model his creative processes for conceptualizing and arranging music. Additionally, the workshop will have time dedicated to questions and answers from the audience.

On Tuesday, DeBeasi is the guest conductor for Sinfonia at 7:30 p.m. at Victory Church, 1401 Griffin Road, Lakeland. It is a joint production by Southeastern University’s College of Arts & Media and the Imperial Symphony Orchestra in an event honoring military members. Tickets are $5 for active and retired military, $10 for students and $15 general admission. For more information call 863-667-5657.
