We’re Signaling An #SOS Of Sorts

While many of us have had to make sacrifices during these uncertain times, we don’t believe that art experiences should be one of them. To that end, the College of Arts & Media at Southeastern University is making all of the 2020-21 Performance Season free for patrons — with the exception of our Expressions events,  the Fire Film Festival, and the Dr. Breathitt seminar. All of our music concerts, visual art exhibitions, and other college events will be completely free of charge and available virtually through this LINK.

We want to do this because we believe art experiences are vital to creating whole human beings. These opportunities allow us to glorify God and edify our mind, body, and soul. We want our students to perform and create for audiences just as we want our community to be a part of these artistic enterprises. We hope you will find time to join us this year for our virtual performance series and see why we believe we are “Called to Create.”

Of course offering these events free of charge means that we will have to find other ways to cover our expenses — expenses like venue rentals, equipment upgrades, guest artists, and consumable supplies. We hope you’ll partner with us to #SupportOurSeason (#SOS)!  Please know that any amount, small or large, is appreciated.

Giving Instructions

  1. After reading, click the #SupportOurSeason button below. 
  2. Once on the SEU Advancement page, select the “Giving Type” dropdown menu and then choose “Specific College of Choice.”
  3. Then select the “College of Arts & Media” from the “Choose a College” dropdown menu.
  4. Next, from the “College of Arts & Media” campaign dropdown menu, select “#SupportOurSeason.”
  5. Please fill out the rest of the form as required.
